“Vision Before Victory: Using Mental Rehearsal to Deliver Purposefully”

This workshop introduces non-profit leaders to mental rehearsal, an evidence-informed performance strategy used by elite athletes and performers to prepare for high-pressure situations with greater confidence, clarity, and resilience.  Mental Rehearsal is a practical mental skill that can help leaders prepare for donor meetings, board presentations, difficult conversations, and other high-stakes moments. Nonprofit leaders will learn how to mentally rehearse important conversations, presentations, and decisions so they can deliver with purpose and create lasting impact.
