What's Your GPA?

Strategic plans are only valuable when they lead to consistent action. "What’s Your GPA?" helps established leaders evaluate how well their organization’s goals, plans, and daily activities are working together. Participants will assess their organization across ten critical pillars, identify the gap creating the greatest impact, and choose one priority for focused improvement. By the end of the session, each participant will have an evidence based organizational score, a ninety day goal, and a practical thirty day action plan for strengthening execution and accountability.

Before the Logo

Building an organization takes more than a name, logo, website, and social media presence. "Before the Logo" introduces the ten foundational pillars that help turn a promising idea into an organization that can operate, serve, and grow. During this interactive session, participants will identify what they have already built, recognize what may be missing, and determine which area deserves their attention next. Whether the vision is still being developed or the organization has been operating for several years, participants will leave with a clearer path forward and a practical thirty day action plan.
