Hayden is an IT worker and information security specialist with a wide range of experience across the technology landscape. From building computers in the basement and a job with Best Buy's Geek Squad, he has built a career on meeting people where they are and crafting technology solutions to suit their needs. With over 15 years in the field, he brings a wide range of experience, ranging from the for-profit private sector to public education. This experiential diversity has helped to shape Hayden's focus on how technology and people interact, especially at work. He demonstrates wide ranging technical knowledge of both enterprise and personal IT systems, from mobile phone operating system code to cloud system administration. 

Outside of work, Hayden sings professionally at Unity Temple on the Plaza and plays trombone or guitar when the opportunity arises. While he enjoys a good TV show or video game, he mostly likes to unplug in his spare time, focusing on gardening, cooking, playing pickup at the gym, and making espresso.
