Rachel’s Bio
Rachel is a passionate nonprofit professional and community advocate with nearly 10 years of experience in leadership, community engagement, and volunteerism. She currently serves as the Director of Equity and Community Engagement at United Community Services of Johnson County, leading efforts to improve health equity outcomes and strengthen community connections. Rachel also serves as Vice President of the Kansas City Kansas, USD 500 Board of Education, where she champions the voices of students and families. A devoted mother of six, Rachel enjoys traveling with loved ones and is an avid Chiefs fan. She lives her life by this guiding principle, “Love the life you live, live the life you love.”
