Shareda is an accomplished leader with a diverse background in non-profit, business, and education. Her areas of skill include corporate training delivery, partner relationship management, and consulting. Founder of Rollins Consulting Services, LLC her passion is coaching mid-level leaders and early career professionals in emotionally intelligent thinking and decision-making practices that drive them toward emotional vitality and career success.
Author of the book "God & A Plan" A Daughter's Death and Mother's Rebirth available at Amazon.com. In Spring 2024 Shareda released the international collaborative anthology, “Triumphs in the Trenches: Navigating Success for Black Professionals” penned alongside 21 LinkedIn professionals.
She aims to encourage, empower, and educate the leaders of tomorrow as we work towards a more equitable future.
